Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using vrumbike.com or vrum.bike ("the Site"), operated by Salue srl - Milano, Italy ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at vrumbike.com or vrum.bike.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Salue srl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
Payments and delivery
a) The Site accepts payments through Stripe, a company that provides a way for individuals and businesses to accept payments over the Internet. Stripe accepts major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard, and acts as a payment processor for products bought on the Site. The Site does not store your credit card details.
b) We only sell and deliver directly by express courier to private customers in the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Portugal, Ireland, Greece. Delivery cost - if applicable - is shown in the price breakdown shown on che checkout page. Shipments to post office boxes are not possible. Products are pre-assembled.
c) The presentation of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By completing the purchase process, however, you are placing a binding order of the products inside the basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of your order, immediately upon placement of the order, through the presentation of an order confirmation and, in addition, a copy via e-mail.
d) By placing an order on our site and completing the payment process you confirm that you are the registered card holder or that you have gained authorization from the registered owner to use their card specific to the order you have placed. Any delays in the authentication and authorization of your payment by your card issuer is your sole responsibility and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
e) If you have paid using your credit card you will be charged immediately. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and to notify you that your item has been dispatched. In order to facilitate delivery, our shipping partner will need a telephone number where you can be reached throughout most of the day.
f) Orders are only shipped after full payment for the product has been made, including SEPA bank payments when this option has been selected as the method of payment. We normally ship within 3 (three) days after payment.
g) Shipping country must be the same as the credit card’s country of origin (the country in which it was issued).
h) The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. According to the European distance selling regime, our products will be sold with Italian VAT rate. You will receive a shipping invoice that contains all information related to the sale (order number, details about the buyer, listing of the items ordered including quantity and value, total amount of the order, information about shipping and payment, etc.). Please keep this document as your proof of purchase.
i) The prices shown on this site are in the Euro currency only. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Euro, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
j) We reserve the right to refuse re-delivery if re-delivery attempts prove to be of inconvenience to us and exceed a certain amount at our discretion. In this case, only the full initial purchase payment amount will be refunded. The initial delivery and subsequent delivery attempts and postage cost will not be refunded.
Customer service and warranty

In all EU countries, a warranty period of 24 months is valid for all new goods (see the warranty included in your package). Should a product become damaged after warranty period, it is possible in many cases to repair it at our shop.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, according to European regulations you can return it within 14 days of receipt. We do ask that you do so with the original packaging, documents and accessories, and return it in the same conditions as received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund once we have inspected the product and verified that it has not been used. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days from receipt of the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
